We are focused on North Carolina at launch. Our investor matching is built around NC counties, and the deals on the platform are NC properties. We may expand to additional states in the future, but for now if you're buying or selling investment properties in North Carolina, you're in the right place.
Free. Investors get matched deals at no charge. Wholesalers list deals at no charge. We earn revenue by selling advertising space to companies that want to reach real estate investors. There might be deal specific commissions such as Seller and Buyer agent commissions if the deal is from the MLS.
We do not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. Once contact information is exchanged, the deal is between the two of you. If you have a legal concern, we recommend speaking with a licensed real estate attorney. If someone is being unethical or improper, report them as stated below; we reserve the right to ban particularly egregious offenders.

No. Deals are posted by wholesalers and go live automatically without review. We do not verify the accuracy of any listing, the condition of any property, or the credentials of any user. Always do your own due diligence before pursuing any deal.
Use the Contact form to report it. Reports without sufficient, particular detail will be disregarded. State specifically if legal action has resulted. We review all reports once a month and reserve the right to ban any email address from the platform at our sole discretion. We take bad actors seriously, but we are not a regulatory body and cannot guarantee any particular outcome. We will not provide details on the outcome of reports or respond to requests seeking detail on the status or result of any report.
